Course Enrollment & Participation

• Eligibility: Course enrollment is open to individuals committed to learning about Area Economics and sustainable community development
• Academic Integrity: Participants must engage authentically and respect intellectual property of course materials
• Community Standards: All interactions must align with our values of consensual governance and collective consciousness

Campus-Based Programs

• Vicente Camara Campus: On-campus programs require adherence to institutional policies and local community standards
• Workshop Participation: Practical sessions require safety compliance and respectful collaboration

Intellectual Property Rights

Course materials, research publications, and educational content are protected by intellectual property laws. While we encourage sharing knowledge for community benefit, proper attribution and respect for academic work are essential.

Payment Terms & Refunds

• Course Fees: Payment required before course commencement, with community-based assistance available
• Refund Policy: Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if course has not commenced
• Community Support: Financial assistance considered for participants from communities implementing Area Economics principles

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences, IAM's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Philippine law. Our educational content is provided for learning purposes and should be adapted to specific community contexts.

Participants are responsible for applying course concepts appropriately within their own communities and in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Governing Law
